DEFINITIONS

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims arising out of or related to these terms and conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between User and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
LANGUAGE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions are available in English only. In the event of a dispute arising out of these terms and conditions, we may at our option submit such disputes to arbitration under South African law by a single arbitrator appointed by us.
